Housekeeper

Sunset Condominiums, Inc., d/b/a Mackinac Resorts is seeking to employ four (4) people in the position of Housekeeper from April 01, 2023 through October 31, 2023

 

Involves cleaning guest rooms; turning down beds; and cleaning public areas of residences.  No prior experience or education is required.  Shifts of 8 hours:  9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Days of week vary.  Business is open 7 days a week.  Wages of at least $12.68 per hour, with overtime available at time-and-a-half when applicable.  On-the-job-training not available.  Housing available at $75 per week, is optional, and will be deducted from bi-weekly payroll in addition to other deductions authorized by law.  Board and fringe benefits not provided.  Employer will make no deductions from the worker’s paycheck except those required by law.  Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $13.17 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts.  Transportation and the cost of one piece of luggage (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.
